Shipping policy

 Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may take slightly longer. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing patience at this time.

 

All orders will be dispatched between 1-2 working days of being processed and you will receive and updated email with your shipping information. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or UK bank holidays. This is due to the fact that Royal Mail, who is our current courier service, do not operate on these days.

UK DELIVERY:

£8.00 - Royal Mail Next Day Signed For And Tracked 

£5.00 - Royal Mail Signed For First Class

If you’ve placed an order on Friday or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday or Wednesday latest due to Royal Mail being our . 

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We aim to process all international orders within 48 hours, delivery can take up to 3-6 working days, however this is subject to change during bank holidays and busy periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will then provide you with a tracking number. Due to the current pandemic please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable, and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of After Hours Jewellery and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.
