We hope you are happy and pleased with our products, but unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges and ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If the item arrives faulty/damaged or have been sent out the incorrect product please contact us directly at info@afterhoursjewellery.com and we will be happy to get back to you in 2-3 working days. You can also contact us via Instagram through direct message. 

We advise all customers to check our Ring Size Chart before purchasing rings and to please measure neck and wrists in inches before purchasing corresponding items. Please ensure you check all measurements / sizing of clothing items before your purchase. We are not responsible for any damage due to mail carrier handling.

When purchasing items during this period, all sales are final and can not be refunded as we are unable to offer refunds on sale items.
